Incorporating movement into your daily routine at your own rate and intensity has so many benefits. Fitness gives the body strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility, as well as clarity of mind, and a feeling of accomplishment and confidence.
Everyone's definition of exercise is different and there no right or wrong way to incorporate it into your lifestyle. A workout could be going to the gym and smashing out a weight session, going for a walk or run, rollerblading, swimming, etc. Creating A Healthier You strives to encourage individuals to find a routine that challenges them but is also maintainable in their lifestyle.
In my workout routine I like to incorporate a variety of exercises and target all muscle groups in every workout. In group fitness classes or personal training sessions that I lead, you will work on toning your whole body using exercises that I have learned as a Personal Trainer and in years of studio dance training. The sessions use body weight exercises as well as implement resistance bands and weights that are fitting to your body's strength and ability.
