Eating healthy has tons of benefits for both physical and mental wellness. When putting good foods in your body your digestion improves, clarity of mind and confidence is boosted, the risk of heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. decreases, and your overall body is cleansed.

My passion for nutrition grew as a competitive dancer when I learned how important it is to fuel the body with nutrient dense foods. 

I started an Instagram account in 2016, @creatingahelthieryou , where I post my healthy recipes and alternatives to junk food on the page. This Instagram, as well as the nutrition blog posts featured on this website, are an effort to give others the tools to become more creative in the kitchen and discover small, healthy changes that work for them to incorporate into their diet.
